Directional control valves

We have a wide range of directional control valves in stock, including both standard commercial valves and those manufactured in-house.

In addition to standard in-line/spool check valves, both pilot-operated and non-pilot-operated, Stucchi HydroPower S.r.l. manufactures pilot-operated check valves with pre-relief for high flow rates up to 400 bar.

We also stock manual spool-type directional control valves with flow rates of up to 100 litres per minute and working pressures exceeding 450 bar.

The extensive range of CETOP 3, CETOP 5 and CETOP 7 solenoid valves available from stock is capable of meeting the majority of our customers’ requirements.

In-line check valve

These valves allow oil to flow freely in one direction and completely prevent flow in the opposite direction. Operation is fully automatic, as the dynamic force of the flow causes the plug to open and close.

Pilot-operated in-line check valve

The pilot-operated check valve allows oil to flow freely in one direction, whilst flow in the opposite direction is prevented until the valve is opened by applying pressure to the pilot port. Valves of the highest quality and performance.

Manual directional control valve

Directional control valves are available in a spring-return version, where the lever returns automatically to the centre position, or with a detent mechanism to hold the lever in the desired position. Two internal connection configurations between the ports are normally available to meet any system requirement.
