Multiple Pumps
Thanks to the reliability and versatility of our PR series radial piston pumps, we produce high-low pressure multiple pumps coupled with gear or vane pumps.
Our catalogue includes radial piston pumps + Group 1, 2 and 3 gear pumps. This type of coupling is ideal for presses, filter presses and all systems requiring rapid actuator approach and high operating pressure, significantly reducing the size of the motor used.
Our double pumps consist of a primary gear pump (BP) connected to the motor via a coupling and a radial piston pump (AP) mounted in tandem. High-low pressure cut-off valves are available in the “Pressure Control Valves” section.
Special couplings are made on request and according to customer specifications.
Vivoil + Radial Piston Pump
The natural combination of one or more Low Pressure pumps and a High Pressure stage is the ideal component for operating one or more loads with different force requirements. This series is a 2-stage pump with fixed displacements: a Low Pressure pump flanged coaxially to a radial piston pump.
The Low Pressure stage consists of a self-compensating gear pump from the Vivoil brand, Constructive Group 1 or 2; while the High Pressure stage consists of a PR series radial piston pump.
Low Pressure Features
- Flow rates from 1.32 to 57.40 l/min at 1450 rpm
- Maximum pressures from 160 to 250 bar, depending on the type
High Pressure Features
- Flow rates from 0.30 to 21.00 l/min at 1450 rpm
- Maximum pressures from 300 to 800 bar, depending on the type
