Technical Description

The PR10-GR2 combined pump is a two-stage, fixed-displacement unit that couples a Group 2 gear pump with a high-pressure stage featuring 10 pistons. This configuration is designed to ensure high flow rates and a steady high-pressure delivery, dramatically reducing vibrations and pulsations. It supports external or submerged installation and reversible rotation, operating at maximum efficiency between 900 and 1500 rpm.

The system requires mineral oil compliant with DIN 51524/51525 standards and rigorous filtration of 60-90 μm to protect the ten precision pistons. With an ideal temperature range of 30-50°C and an operating viscosity of 10-30 cST, the PR10-GR2 is a robust and precise choice for demanding industrial applications that do not want to compromise on smooth operation.
