Technical Description

The PR5-GR2 combined pump is a fixed-displacement, two-stage unit that couples a Group 2 gear pump with a high-pressure stage featuring 5 pistons. This five-radial-piston configuration ensures uniform torque distribution and a significant reduction in vibrations. It supports external or immersed mounting and clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, ideally operating between 900 and 1500 rpm.

The system uses mineral oil (DIN 51524/51525) and requires 60-90 μm filtration to protect the internal components. With optimum temperatures between 30°C and 50°C and an operating viscosity of 10-30 cST, the PR5-GR2 proves to be a compact and technically balanced choice for systems requiring high flow continuity and operational robustness.
