GR1 gear pump driven by a PR1 radial pump
Technical Description
The GR1-PR1 combined pump is a two-stage system that integrates a Group 1 gear pump for low pressure and a single-pumping-element radial piston unit for high pressure. Designed for external or submerged mounting with clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, it offers maximum operating flexibility between 300 and 1800 rpm (optimal 900-1500 rpm).
The unit uses mineral oil (DIN 51524/51525) with a required filtration of 60-90 μm. It operates ideally between 30°C and 50°C with a viscosity of 10-30 cST, ensuring precision and reliability in a compact module capable of handling different pressure ranges simultaneously.
