Technical Description

The 4L series 4-way manually operated directional control valves are specifically designed for high-pressure applications. The valve system features a balanced spool design, ensuring that the operating force remains constant regardless of pressure. The valves are available in a version with a spring for automatic return of the lever to the center position or with a detent mechanism to hold the lever in the desired position.

Two internal connection configurations between the ports are typically available to meet any system requirement. The S outlet port can withstand the maximum pressure, allowing for the series connection of multiple valves in the A version (open center). The valves can also be supplied in a special version for specific use in shipbuilding.
