Technical Description

The PR1-GR3 combined pump is a two-stage, fixed-displacement system that combines a Group 3 gear pump (low pressure) with a high-pressure unit featuring a single pumping element. This configuration is ideal for applications requiring generous supply flow rates combined with localized final thrust, with the flexibility of external or immersed mounting and reversible rotation.

The unit operates at maximum efficiency between 900 and 1500 rpm using mineral oil (DIN 51524/51525) and 60-90 μm filtration. With optimal temperatures between 30°C and 50°C and a working viscosity of 10-30 cST, the unit ensures excellent lubrication for both the robust gears of the drive stage and the high-pressure component, guaranteeing reliability and a long service life.
