Technical Description

The PR7-GR3 combined pump is a fixed-displacement, two-stage unit that couples a Group 3 gear pump with a high-pressure stage featuring 7 pistons. This architecture is designed to ensure generous volumetric flow rates while drastically reducing hydraulic pulsations. The system offers maximum versatility thanks to the option of external or immersed mounting and reversible rotation, operating with optimum efficiency between 900 and 1500 rpm.

The use of mineral oil (DIN 51524/51525) with filtration of 60-90 μm ensures protection for the seven pumping elements. With peak performance at temperatures between 30°C and 50°C and a working viscosity of 10-30 cST, the PR7-GR3 represents an excellent solution for industrial applications where power and delivery stability are essential requirements.
