Technical Description

The PR3-GR2 combined pump is a two-stage, fixed-displacement unit that integrates a Group 2 gear pump and a high-pressure stage with 3 pistons. This configuration drastically reduces delivery pulsations, ensuring a stable flow for precision applications. It supports external or submerged mounting and clockwise or counterclockwise rotation, operating ideally between 900 and 1500 rpm.

The system requires DIN 51524/51525 mineral oil with 60-90 μm filtration to maintain high volumetric efficiencies. It operates at optimal temperatures between 30°C and 50°C and a working viscosity of 10-30 cST, offering a robust and versatile solution for industrial hydraulic circuits that require a smooth, constant flow.
