Technical Description

The PR7-GR2 combined pump is a two-stage, fixed-displacement unit that integrates a Group 2 gear pump and a high-pressure stage with 7 pistons. This architecture is designed to minimize hydraulic pulsations and ensure extremely smooth power delivery. The system offers maximum flexibility thanks to external or immersed mounting and reversible rotation, operating ideally between 900 and 1500 rpm.

The unit requires mineral oil (DIN 51524/51525) and a filtration system between 60 and 90 μm to preserve the internal components. With optimal mechanical performance at temperatures between 30°C and 50°C and a working viscosity of 10-30 cST, the PR7-GR2 is a robust and reliable solution for those who need high power without compromising the linearity of the flow.
