Technical Description

The PR14-GR3 combined pump represents the top of the range in terms of volumetric capacity, integrating a Group 3 gear pump and a high-pressure stage with 14 pistons. This configuration is designed to move substantial oil flow rates with exceptional linearity, almost entirely eliminating pulsations and vibrations. It supports external or submerged installation with reversible rotation, operating ideally between 900 and 1500 rpm.

The system requires mineral oil (DIN 51524/51525) and filtration of 60-90 μm to protect the components’ thousandth-of-a-millimeter tolerances. With optimized performance between 30°C and 50°C and a working viscosity of 10-30 cST, the PR14-GR3 is the definitive solution for complex systems requiring large volumes of oil and constant delivery precision.
