Technical Description

The PR2-GR3 combined pump is a fixed-displacement, two-stage unit designed for heavy-duty industrial applications, integrating a Group 3 gear pump (low pressure) and a radial piston pump with 2 pistons (high pressure). This modular architecture, suitable for external or submerged installations with bidirectional rotation, is ideal for circuits requiring large oil volumes and constant pressure peaks.

The system operates at maximum efficiency between 900 and 1500 rpm, using DIN 51524/51525 mineral oil with 60-90 μm filtration. With optimal performance between 30°C and 50°C and a working viscosity of 10-30 cST, the PR2-GR3 ensures perfect lubrication of the internal components, guaranteeing longevity and reliability even under intensive working conditions.
