Technical Description

The PR5-GR3 combined pump is a fixed-displacement, two-stage unit that combines a Group 3 gear pump with a high-pressure stage featuring 5 pistons. This configuration is designed to balance hydraulic power and reduce pressure fluctuations, providing a high oil flow rate and stable delivery. It supports external or submerged installation with reversible rotation, operating best between 900 and 1500 rpm.

The system requires DIN 51524/51525 mineral oil and 60-90 μm filtration to ensure protection of the internal components. With optimal performance between 30°C and 50°C and an operating viscosity of 10-30 cST, the PR5-GR3 is a robust, high-precision solution for hydraulic circuits requiring large oil volumes and maximum mechanical reliability.
