Technical Description

The PR1-GR2 combined pump is a two-stage, fixed-displacement unit that combines a Group 2 gear pump with a high-pressure stage featuring a single pumping element. This configuration is designed for systems requiring more robust low-pressure delivery, offering flexibility thanks to external or submerged mounting and reversible rotation between 300 and 1800 rpm (optimal 900-1500 rpm).

The system uses mineral oil (DIN 51524/51525) with 60-90 μm filtration to protect the internal components. It operates ideally between 30°C and 50°C with a viscosity of 10-30 cST, representing a reliable solution for hydraulic circuits requiring a perfect balance between flow rate and constant pressure.
